Teaser Tuesday (5) - Hades by Alexandra Adornetto

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along, just do as following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page
  • Be careful not to include any spoilers so as not to ruin the book for others!
Make sure to share the title and the author so other TT participants can add the book to their TBR piles.

My Teaser for this week is from:
Hades by Alexandra Adornetto

"'Well, my dear’ – The receptionists eyes glinted darkly – ‘you’re in Hades. Make yourself at home.’”

What are your teasers for today? Leave a link in my comments and I’ll be sure to check them out!

I have to get this! I'm so behind on getting sequels to books this year--I can't keep up with all the amazing novels. I loved Halo though, so I should get this soon! :D

Good teaser. It made me think of Hotel California.

The ending of Hades definitely caught me by surprise. I thought it was leading somewhere totally different and then it ended on a completely different note, which was much better than I expected.
