I was so sad for the author when I learned that Bree is based in part on her own daughter.
Great pic, Sherre!
-Jenna @ Fans of FictionJenna and Ashleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00952637818862079014noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1050119356391611742.post-61947962181902155632011-11-15T22:07:08.976-05:002011-11-15T22:07:08.976-05:00Love your acroustic. Especially with all the other stuff you've got going on! I'm not sure if I could handle reading a book like Crank. I'm such a fluffy reader. But you make a very convincing case.

And yay for me for winning the Marina's Tales comp!! I can't wait to read them. I have it sitting here on my shelf so I really have no excuse.
I completely get what you mean about having things together now, but circumstances can always change. Its difficult, unless you are faced with similar circumstances, to understand what decisions someone could be faced with that could make turning to drugs an acceptable option. I understand this and try very hard not to be judgmental.
You have a compelling argument for at least attempting to read the print version of the book despite being unsure about a book written in verse, but I still may decide to grab the audio instead. Either way, this is still a must read!
Thanks for stopping by my Must Read Monday! The Happy Bookerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02470714271674260280noreply@blogger.com
