It just seemed so angsty and over-dramatic. I heard it was amazing and I really wanted to like it, but I just couldn't.

Their relationship didn't disgust me or shock me because I just didn't CARE about it.Hanna @ Booking in Heelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17705048655467252248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1050119356391611742.post-90287260968344758262012-04-18T08:29:48.808-04:002012-04-18T08:29:48.808-04:00I understand that! Honestly, I read a few reviews ...I understand that! Honestly, I read a few reviews that said, if you have a brother (or of course, if you're a boy and you have a sister) it'll probably be best if you dont read this book. It makes you look at them strangely. I cant imagine though. I only have a sister.Sherrehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05132055588504532128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1050119356391611742.post-67186338438313430852012-04-18T05:50:07.592-04:002012-04-18T05:50:07.592-04:00Yeah I don't think I could get past my hang up...Yeah I don't think I could get past my hang ups enough regardless of how wonderful this book may be. I'd spend the whole time thinking about my own brothers and that would be the end. I'm glad it was a surprise and you enjoyed it though.Lanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00002224549199474383noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1050119356391611742.post-58695717895202362832012-04-17T22:01:26.815-04:002012-04-17T22:01:26.815-04:00The kind of emotion you're describing is almos...The kind of emotion you're describing is almost what I thought Jack and Rose felt in Titanic. Nowadays, it is at least refreshing that we don't consider a relationship with significant, socioeconomic differences revolting...that's an advancement.Uomo di Speranzahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03611503055044491078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1050119356391611742.post-77121613893083780362012-04-17T12:34:23.597-04:002012-04-17T12:34:23.597-04:00Glad I'm not alone. But then ...I was worried to read this book as well. But then their love is so strong, natural and pure that you just feel bad for them at the end. The best book that I read this year so far. And yes, I cried :)Eviehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14858905162646249678noreply@blogger.com
