Book Blogger Hop and Follow Friday

Hello lovely followers and visitors and Happy Friday! It's time for the weekly meme's!

The Book Blogger Hob is a weekly meme hosted by Crazy For Books

This weeks question is:

“What’s the LONGEST book you’ve ever read?”
(Note: I’m putting one caveat on this question. You aren’t allowed to say the Bible, Torah, Qur’an, or other religious/spiritual text.)

My answer is:

I have read a lot of long books. I guess I would say Harry Potter was the longest book. I originally thought it would take me months to read it. I didn't have much trouble with the first few books, but as they got longer and longer I got more worried that I would never ever finish them! Of course I did and after that, I knew I could read anything! *smile*

What about you? What was the longest Book you have ever read?

Now for this week's Follow Friday, hosted by Parajunkee and Allison Can Read.

This week's question is:

Q. If you could write yourself a part in a book, what book would it be and what role would you play in that book?

This is a hard question! I love sooo many books that I want to be in all of them. Of course I would LOVE to be in Twilight as one of the Werewolves or one of their family! I would also love to have a part in the Hunger Games or City of Bones, maybe even Clockwork Prince. They're all my favorite books and they all have interesting characters.I also want to play a part in all the period movies. I am a movie lover so pretty much anything I have read I would like to play in. What about You?

Haha, I love the idea of being in a dystopian novel like the Hunger Games, but the reality of it might be scary. :)
Thanks for stopping by my blog and I'm a new follower!

Hmmm...longest book would probably be The Stand by Stephen King and most recently Gabriel's Inferno by Sylvain Reynard (contemporary romance.)Thanks for stopping by the blog. New follower!

I too posted that Harry Potter was the longest book for me. Although since the books are geared for younger readers, the chapters read pretty quickly. At least I thought. I also like how you chose to be a character in Twilight. If I was a character in that book, I would wish to be the one that smacks Bella for her dumb decisions. (That's just me) ;)

Harry Potter was one of my longest books, too. Great answer on the second question too, there are just so many amazing books that would be fun to be part of!

Thanks for stopping by my blog, following you now :)

I didn't bother answering the "longest book you've ever read" question because I read a lot of long books! Comes with the territory when you love epic fantasy, I suppose, they do take me a while to read though. I don't mind being a slow reader with the easy reads, but with great long epics that take me 2 or 3 weeks it's a bit of a pain.

It would be pretty cool to be a werewolf in Twilight! Although... I wouldn't want them to all know what I was thinking... about Jacob... :)
